Returns & Exchanges

At Sartolane, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Sartolane packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
